Singapore Yoga Alliance aims to spread the holistic wellness of Yoga, promoting yoga as an alternative health approach in an aging Singapore population. We strive to relief the reliance on our stretched mainstream healthcare systems with our focus on Safe Practices and Integrative Approach to Yoga Therapy (IAYT) to improve the quality of life of the community. Besides regular yoga practices of asanas (postures), we promote an integrative approach that includes Breathing, Pranayama, Kriyas (cleansing techniques), Meditation, and Healing to improve the quality of life. We aim to spread the true meaning of yoga and improve the quality of yoga standards in Singapore. We welcome all like-minded Yoga Schools and Teachers to join us in this vision.
